Monday?

Postby RA. » Mon Sep 28, 2015 9:58 am

It's noon here in Halifax, so I might as well start the daily thread. I went to a 60 minute spin class this morning. Likely a walk at lunch, and that's it for me for today!

Yes. Monday already :?

10.5K of run/walk. It felt nice out in the mistly drizzle.

I did 20 minutes of strength this morning - I copied part of the workout from my boot camp class last week, then cycle to and from work.

30 minute run + 1 minute walk at each end. 2.7 miles total. No pain. :)

Monday recovery run for me. It was drizzly but still pretty good for running here in K-W.
