Got chased by a dog again. But I'm glad that I ran faster today than yesterday.

I ran about 7.5k on the trail today. It was my first run in a few weeks, so it was a little tough, but glad it is done! I hope it's not as long until the next one.

8k for me, the weather was so-o-o much nicer than yesterday. Run felt tough today, my lungs were feeling cranky.
