Friday the 13th

Postby Habs4ever » Fri Nov 13, 2015 10:36 am

I'm not superstitious so I don't really care what the date is, I'm just glad it's Friday. It's been a long week.

Will run later, just not sure when.

Have a great day, Maniacs. Be safe out there.

4.75 miles on the TM in 45 minutes. Did an interval workout. Felt good to run faster than usual.

The monsoon had let up this morning when I was coming into the office but is supposed to resume later today.

No run for me today but I am considering one for tomorrow... Ankle seems ok right now but I am wary of doing too much and messing it up for the third time!

Rainy and very windy today, so I stayed inside and did my indoor strength 'n' stretching. I plan to run outside tomorrow, even if it's in our first snow of the season!
