Left before the sun came up, but could have used my sunglasses for the last bit. That sun is beautiful and bright, and we are seeing it before 8:00am now.

Gentle 14K, garbage count 0 — it was going to be either that or 1000.

5 miles easy, still nursing my right calf which pulled hard at the end. Kind of a sunrise run for me too as the sun doesn't make it up over the mountains until about 8:15 here
