There were a few Maniacs racing today. I hope everyone had FUN :D

Nice time, Cheryl! It was good to see you.

It was nice out there today- a bit wet but not too bad.

My goal today was to run at a consistent pace that would not force me to slow down because of cramping. That pace today was about 10-min miles for a 2:12 finish - happy with that and no cramping. :)
That's my slowest half ever and I'm getting used to the "new normal" for me.

10k done in shorts and shirt. It was warm.

A fun soggy run with the clinic, they were good sports and everyone was smiling. Didn't get done until 10:30 and I was too soggy to go and try and find any maniacs. I assume they were smart and headed home soon to get dried out.
