It's a Wet Wednesday

Supposed to rain on and off here all day. I'm sure at least some of my run will be in rain.
I hope the rest of you have a dry day and good running.

Wet from sweat and sprinklers in the park. 1 mile warm up, 3 X 2 miles at 7:30 with 2 min walk/rest and 1 mile cool down.

Wet from sweat in Toronto. Doesn't take much to get soaking in this weather. Not sure when it'll be cool enough to interval training, but not today! Easy 5.8 km.

Never did catch a break in the weather. Ended up going to the gym and did 10k on the treadmill.
