Earmuff Monday
Re: Earmuff Monday
Earbud Monday for me (I ran on the TM listening to music). Just shy of 4K doing 2:3 walk/run for 32 minutes. Felt good.

I ran! Ok, it was 30seconds at a time but I did 30s/2min for 20 mins on the TM today.

Re: Earmuff Monday
Brrr! It's been earmuff weather around here the last few days. AI took a rest day today as The Knee was feeling cranky. Feels better now, so I'll get my run in early tomorrow afternoon, before the blizzard of the winter arrives (60+ cm of snow and winds gusting up to 100 kph)!
