I ran 8 kms today. T'shirt and shorts weather here in the Medicine Hat area. Now, to build up the long run.

Spring definitely in the air here: cherry blossoms, sunshine, and the smell of freshly cut grass!

No run today but definitely planning for tomorrow! Possibly BCMC in honour of Gary.

Incredible to miss the cut off by 6 seconds. :(

well that and he went the wrong way on the course, so he wasn't going to make the time cut-off in any case. :(

10K for me after work in shorts and a long sleeve shirt. Gorgeous weather, now we just need one of two things:

1) The streets cleaned so I'm not choking on dust whenever a bus goes by, OR (preferably)
2) Some extended heat to melt the rest of the snow on the trails so I can venture off road :)

Yup, 11k in shorts and t-shirt here in MH. The bushes are starting to leaf out.
