Have a good day all you Maniacs.

I'm not sure when I'm running today, but hope to get something in.

A little over 6K done in the beautiful sunshine this morning. There was a cold breeze off the lake on the way out, but it was very warm with the tail wind on the way back.

13K for me. My allergies are in full effect so that must mean spring is here! Gorgeous day today here in Ottawa.

No running today. 30 mins of rowing and then my strength & stretch routine. Total of about 2.5 hours in the basement. Run tomorrow.

Spent my afternoon hiking up a granite mountain and spraining the ankle of my "good leg."

unplanned 5km walk in the middle of the night with a delinquent 13yo.

mission accomplished though. At the beginning of the walk she was pissed off at me and convinced she was never going to treatment and didn't care. By the end of the walk she was planning how once she's at treatment she's going to get up every day and hit the gym. Also she did not score the weed she was looking for. Also she was asking why I wasn't tired from all the walking.
