Multiple runs during the day
Hi there, I am a runner, commuter cyclist and dog walker, I have done doubles before and found them very advantageous. I am thinking about multiple runs, or basically running everywhere forest Gump style!! Any thoughts on this? For example, bike 20 mins, run for 60, walk/bike for 20, run 60, walk/bike 15, run 30 etc thanks so much

Is your running slow easy jogging or fast real running? If you are aiming for speed, I'd say the risk of injury is higher.

Go for it! Doubles fit well into a busy schedule. For instance, this morning I did a 12K tempo because that's all I could get in before work and tonight I'll probably add an easyish 5-6K. As already mentioned, injury is your biggest risk so make sure your nutrition and sleep support the double days.
