Goal: 190

Jan 5 - 204.8
Jan 8 - 199.8 -5.0 (two days of not eating due to being sick)
Jan 9 - 198.8 -1.0

I normally won't report daily, only weekly, but because I'm sick, eating, but still not feeling well, I'd take advantage of the good weights... now to keep it off and stay healthy.

Hi everyone! Mind if I join you?

I lost 75 pounds 2 years ago on WW and have been doing quite well at maintaining until the last month or so. My goal was 125 and at my weigh in last Friday I was 135.2. I so badly do NOT want this to creep up on me again so I've set a challenge for myself to get back to 125 before I run the Miami Half, which is in just over 2 weeks.

I'm doing well so far - was 131.6 this morning!

Looking forward to chatting with you all!

Always welcome to join!!! 10lbs in two weeks? Will you have the energy to run a half marathon if you deprive yourself enough to lose that kind of weight?

So I have been totally OP all week. Anytime I was over my daily points allowance it was either accounted for with my Flex points or Activity points. Yesterday however was a bomb  . Day started good with small breakfast before a 10k run in snow (nasty conditions). After the run stuck with a good post run hot chocolate (counted) and breakfast sandwich completely within points range.

Then I blew it the rest of the day. Nothing big just alot of snacking on little stuff around the house. By the end of the day my stomach was upset and I ended up eating soda crackers to help settle it. My own dang fault.

Back on track today. Will hop on the trainer to try to limit any further damage.

Will weigh in tomorrow.
The Summer of Eng is over.

jan 5 - 170.4
jan 12 - 167.1

when i join ww again near the end of february i hope to be somewhere near where i was when i stopped in september (i think close to 160). looks like i'm on my way there! of course i don't expect to see the same kind of losses as i did this week. a lot of that was water weight because i was dehydrated from not drinking enough, so my body was holding onto whatever it could.

I've been over points all week too.

Well, realistically it was Friday that did me in. We had the hockey game that we had to go to, and the pre-game party at the mess, which meant that supper was pizza.

I'm starting to re-think my weigh-in day...I might strategically move it to Friday, so that I have my flex points for the weekend, and don't use them up before hand.

More to follow....

WW weigh-in on Saturday was decent - 188.0 lbs. Today was like my typical Monday, post-Sunday-long-run-retaining-water day - 191.4 lbs. I am being pretty vigorous about point tracking, actually doing meal planning and tracking on the computer right now, and it is working out pretty well. Of course, having the home-baked treats after supper last night wasn't a positive contribution to the cause, but that's all "behind" me now!  :shifty:

Okay I finally had the courage to jump on the scales...
156 lbs not too bad considering I was up to about 162 early November and think I put on a couple lbs over Christmas which seem to have come back off.
Goal is 145..so 11lbs to go.

10% Goal - 167.5
Ultimate Goal - 145

07 Jan 09 - 186.5
14 Jan 09 - 184.6

Not as big a loss as I was hoping for, but I only started drinking water on Sunday, and I did not stick to my points most of the week, I went waaayyyy over my Flex points allowance. But 2lbs down is still great and healthy!

Nov 10 - 165.5
Jan 13 - 154 (154-155 seems to be holding throughout the bouncing so I'm considering it acheived now) :D

The training I'm doing is really reshaping my body at the same time. It's very cool to see such dramatic changes.

I have been all over the map this past week. Did pretty good staying on points (pretty good...not perfect).

My weight however fluctuates with the volume of exercise I do. I seem to retain alot of water. I believe I was active 6 out of 7 days from Tuesday to tuesday.

Day 2 of week 2 of tracking. Things are going OK.

You and I are almost exactly the same!

My start weight when I started WW on Nov 19 was 184. My goal is 145-150.

Over Christmas, I didn't track points at all but still managed to lose 0.6 pounds that week. I am losing, on average, about 1.2 pounds per week. I have been completely faithful other than the week of Christmas. It's always slow and painful for me but it is going in the right direction.

This morning I was 173.

I have to buy a wetsuit in May so I want to be within range by then.

188.2 lbs this morning, exactly 4 lbs less than my weight last Friday morning, which is my day-before-official-WW-weigh-in day. Hoping for even better tomorrow, and drinking lots of water today!

Slow up date as I was in El Paso Texas.

7 Jan - 194.1
14 Jan - 192.3

-1.8

We'll see what the El Paso TX diet does for week 2.
