I did some blood work up on Nov 11 to dsicover I have high cholestrol. Since then I have been attempting to watch my diet & reduce junk food consumption. So far, I think I am succeeding... I think. It has also coressponded with an increase in running too. So, to make a long story short, I was weighing in around 167lbs back then & was down to 160lbs as of yesterday morning.

i managed to get under 160, if only for a fleeting moment. now i have xmas parties, my birthday, new years etc. all to contend with. i'm still keeping my fingers crossed that i'll get to goal by the end of the session though. it's still doable.
