GGT was invited to Michael Michaud (of Montgomery Massage), a registered Massage Therapist and Certified Active Release Techniques practitioner, to identify how best to use a foam or TriggerPoint roller. Michael Michaud
Michael Michaud is a member of the Ontario College of Massage Therapist graduating from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 1998. Michael is a member of the Canadian Sport Massage Therapist Association and has taught Sports Massage at an accredited Massage Therapy school. Before starting with Montgomery Massage Therapy, Michael has spent his time working in Physio and Chiropractic clinics maintaining a clinical and sport massage practice. Michael worked with the Ottawa Lions Track team in the winter and spring 2002 and has worked pre and post event massage at several Triathlons and Marathons. Michael has enjoyed competing in triathlon and duathlon races at various distances and completed in his first Ironman Triathlon in September 2010. Michael is fully certified in Active Release Techniques.
