He is leaving today to do the Deca Ironman (10 Ironman distances in 10 days!)

Annie - do you live in a canyon? You speak with an echo! :lol:

He rode his bike ~ 180K every Sunday. He ran and swam copious amounts on Saturdays, he biked Monday/Tues/Wednesday evenngs, he swam Monday mornings, Thursday evenings... He trained all summer with other Ironman competitors...
