Hey, it is what it is. It definitely gave you some useful info, and it was better than NOT running it! Give yourself a break if you want it, and you'll know you will be well refreshed for the next one.

Sheldon-sounds like you know where things went wrong (and it seems to me you need a rest!). You are a strong runner; rest up and let this race go.

I am still in awe of your time-and on that course???? You should be very proud.
Lightning :)

We're going to try this new thing called jogging. Or maybe it's yogging-with a silent "j". Apparently you just run for an extended period of time. It's supposed to be wild.

Sheldon

Not a bad run for the end of a very busy taxing season for you.

As a proverb says (OK I'm paraphrazing)
"there is a time to run and a time to not run and just pull up a chair and relax"

Take a much deserved break and fresh'n up for next spring.
Do all the good you are able to-
Any time you are able
Every way you are able
Every where you are able
For everyone you can...
Until you are able to again

Obviously you're made of pretty tough stuff. I marvel at such a strong drive to keep learning.
Congratulations on a difficult fight well fought.

Guess you'll have to put away those new cards until next season. You know, the ones that say Super Human
Every time we race, we learn something, be it about ourselves, our competition, or the course. We only fail when we don't take those lessons with us. Keep racing.
