Again thanks everyone for all the support! I have a ton of photo's and some real good one's of QMP   . Of course unless I have his permission you won't see them, but he's a good sport haha....

What really needs to said here, is that racing a half is a lot harder than running it. I've never, until this weekend, raced a marathon. I've always just done my pace, and ran it accordinly. There are some things that I wish I had known while racing it that may have change the race for the better...or for worst. I didn't know I was in second place until my police escort told me. Had I know, I would have pushed. I was expecting the leaders...(I thought at least 6) would be coming up soon. I also slowed down a lot between 32-35k. These were the tough ones for me. All I can say now is: TORONTO 40k mark...remember me? (for those who don't already know, I RAN INTO THE WALL FACE FIRST at 40k. This year, oooohh i can't wait!!)

Again thanks for all the support people, Can't wait till I'm home and have time to catch up on everything!! CHEERS

I don't think anyone will want to see me. But some people like to see train wrecks. So, like I said to the kid with the garden hose at the 23 mile marker "go ahead, I am not afraid" of course he blasted me in face and then my eyes burned from all the salt for the next half klick.... Hmmm, that didn't work so well... live and learn...

Way to go Jacob. Based on your posts on the "other" forum you worked hard to achieve this milestone. Congratulations, it is well deserved.
