Congratulations Sylvie, not just for running the Boston Marathon in such difficult conditions, but for your whole journey. I hope you are really proud of your achievements and I am looking forward to seeing where your journey takes you, not only this year, but in the future as well.

By the way, I tried to find those balloons in the Athletes Village but unfortunately no luck. :(

"Kleenex fest" for sure! Sylvie, your journey to Boston is an inspiring story and I am so glad you put all that background into your race report. What an awesome way to celebrate turning 50, you will look back and treasure the memories of that day for the rest of your life, I'm sure. Like others have said, you will crush 50 K and then 50 miles. Can't wait to read those reports too :)

Congratulations again on a wonderful achievement.
