These pit stops are in addition to already going in the morning. Usually I have to stop if I am pushing out of my comfort zone, but this is happening 8km or less into a long run which isn't run at a challenging pace.
Man really sorry to hear that. But, it always has happened to me as well, so I actually have no real tips. I stopped with Gatorade on my runs which seemed to help a bit, but I still have to stop at least once or twice during a long run. On actual race day, I take pills to make sure I do not have to go during the race. Crazy.
