Finally Friday
Finally Friday
No running for me today! Still getting into the swing of things post-car accident with work and physio and most days I'm totally exhausted. Rejoined the Y and rented a locker to make really early morning workouts (and treadmill runs) a bit easier.

Re: Finally Friday
Trying to get excited to head out for 20K in the rain.
It's a good thing I've got a couple of running buddies will be meeting me.
I can do this, I can do this, I can do this..................
Yay for running in rain.

Still finishing up my recovery week after the race. I did an easy spin on Wednesday, and bike-commuted to work yesterday. Today I plan to try out my trainer.

Finally got it set up and it was great-
45 min ride and much better than what I usually do on the spin bike.

Re: Finally Friday
So CME Challenge Run this mornig, 6km in teams of 5 with a sort of "Hunger Games" start! Run to pick an item to carry for half the race then exchange it for the 1 item at the half way point. We were lucky as we got a shovel to carry for the first half. My team arrived first so we had to trade our nice and light shovel for a water filled 5gallon jerrycan. So, we ended up finishing second!
