Sunny frigid Thursday
Sunny frigid Thursday
It's chilly (-11C with nasty NW winds) but gorgeous and sunny out in TO today. So, of course that means I went to the gym and ran on the TM. 5 miles/8K done in 48 minutes.

Re: Sunny frigid Thursday
Today I started Power 90. I did the circuit training level 1-2, about 28 minutes of resistance activities (weights, pushups, dips, lunges, and squats, and stretching). Followed up with 48 minutes on the recumbent bike, 12.5 miles, while watching Breaking Bad.
