After watching this vid, I can't wait to start Boston training!!!

But there's no snow on the ground, nothing like Boston training! Did they ever say how long they paused between loops?

Nice workout by a bunch of Stallions.

I had the chance to meet Greg McMillan last year at the Ottawa marathon and tour him and one of his elite athletes around the marathon course. He is a super nice guy--even though I have a love/hate with his calculator.
The longest journey begins with a single step.

their times are so fast, I have trouble hitting a 4:40 mile once, these guys are crazy!

No, I was looking for that, too. Guess that's one of their training secrets.

4:40 mile repeats at altitude...these guys kill me.
