But there's no snow on the ground, nothing like Boston training! Did they ever say how long they paused between loops?
next up:
This broken wing will fly again
One fine day
This blackbird's mute gonna sing again
One fine day
So all you sinners come out
And all you drunkards crawl out
Come into the light of one fine day
This broken wing will fly again
One fine day
This blackbird's mute gonna sing again
One fine day
So all you sinners come out
And all you drunkards crawl out
Come into the light of one fine day

Nice workout by a bunch of Stallions.
I had the chance to meet Greg McMillan last year at the Ottawa marathon and tour him and one of his elite athletes around the marathon course. He is a super nice guy--even though I have a love/hate with his calculator.
