Nasty weather in Calgary today so it was back to the treadmill. Really tough one this morning, 19k with 11k of it at tempo pace on very tired legs. Glad its done.

An easy 6k today which suits me fine because I had a lousy sleep last nite and the weather here is turning ugly.

Might not work for you but I have been to an awesome PT for runners out in Airdrie (where I live). The place is Airdrie Sport Medicine at the Rec Centre. I've heard of a few good PTs there but I've been to see RoAnna McLehahan a few times - top notch.
