And and, no matter what you do, cosleeping or not, breast feeding or formula, wearing or stroller, cloth or disposables, if you are doing it in the best interest of your child and yourself (and you are!!) then you are doing a good job. Us mommies can be too hard on ourselves and each other. Amen!

Not in K-W, but I was in Centennial Park in Guelph last week and saw two guys doing sprints (some of them backwards!) up a very large hill near the tennis bubble.

A wee and hot 3.6K. Getting back into it after a lazy summer. Used iMapMyRun app for the first time, then compared it to manual mapping online. Phone said 3.9K and route was very wobbly.
