When I ran the marathon in 06 it was windy and raining when we woke up. Rained until about 10km and then the rest of the day was perfect.

Ugggh, bailed on my 5:15am 5km today. My little guy was up all night; he has three teeth coming in at once right now. He was hot and sweaty and out of sorts all night. This may sound like a dumb question but do you put little helmets on when using as a trailer on he bike and running?
Are there infant helmets? 7.5mnths???

For me it can be hours of simple math. On my treadmill I try to convert miles to km and visa versa I also get hung up on pace etc. I do the same when I am outside as well. I am not sure what I would do if I had a garmin? BTW my math is terrible, that is how I can spend sepnd so much time on this. Es...
