Yes I know three posts, that suprised me to! :o I had a hard time making my first post, I would try & submit and nothing would happen, hence 3x's. I tried to go back into forums and I got this message that I had too many sessions open. So I thought to myself... Great, just great, my first post & I make it look like I'm spamming. :oops:

Thanks for the warm welcomes, I'm off to meet marymac and the other's at the Bonsor Sun Run Clinic this morning, I'll post more about me when I get back.
