Hi all.

Please find attached this week's newsletter and the workout for the week.

The 9RunRun Half Marathon and 10k is scheduled for Oct 19. Zone3sports provides the pacers for this great event. If any of you are interested in the job, the qualifications are simple: be nice people and be able to run 5min faster than your goal time.

those times are as follows:
Half Marathon
1:24, 1:30, 1:35, 1:40, 1:45, 1:50, 1:55, 2:00
10k
40min, 45, 50, 55, 1:00

And the beer run is the following day. Makes for a nice combo: 9Run Run and then beer. Usually I do it the other way. Sounds like somebody should issue a Shallonge. Sadly it is also Toronto Scotia weekend and I will hopping the 4 hour pace that weekend.

Hoping to run the 1/2 but will depend on my coaching schedule for that day. Have wanted to do this one for a while. Hopefully this year.

Have sent a note to Coach to see what she thinks of me running the half two weeks after the marathon which is two weeks after another half..... LOVED this event when I ran it in its first year!!

Appears to be a really, really small contingent of RM'ers in this year's edition, as there may be more maniac bunnies than there are paid maniacs ...

I'll be there in some capacity. My MIL expressed interest in walking the 2k, so we might do that. Or I'll just run along the TTC like in past years.
