A most enjoyable 6.5K this morning. Tuesday mornings are not a typical run time for me, it was great to get out before I head to work.

Did the "virtual" workout today as 6 x 800m on the treadmill. It was good. :)

Great day of training in the bag. 2,500m swim (with drills) and at lunch 45 minute run (20 min warm-up, 5 x 2min hills, 8 min cool down).

I run because it's my passion, and not just a sport. Every time I walk out the door, I know why I'm going where I'm going and I'm already focused on that special place where I find my peace and solitude. Running, to me, is more than just a physical exercise...it's a consistent reward for victory!

good running out there everyone!

I had my regular boot camp / yoga tune up ball double this afternoon, and decided to run to and from (plus a bit) again this week to take advantage of the less freezing temperatures (though still very cold!) and the fact that the canal is still open. 8 km total.

Energetic evening.

Somewhat extended run from work - 9k in just over an hour, followed by 38 minute homework with clinic participants (including 5 minute warm up and cool down). Finally 1.5 km run to home.
