TGI Friday!

Postby La » Fri Apr 10, 2015 9:02 am

55-min spin class done. As hard as it was to get out of bed this morning, I'm so glad I did as it's been increasingly difficult to plan any kind of evening activities or workouts.

10 very wet kilometres this morning. I actually delayed my run because of thunder and lightening (after we got snow yesterday!). These weather gods can't make up their minds!

rest day today, long run tomorrow.

last night's run was a bit of a push since I was running with someone faster. Good for me, but I am feeling it! Even with a good effort, it was a slow 10k pace so I still have a lot of work to do.

TGIF for sure! Started the day with a 12 km run on the indoor track at the gym. Can't wait to get outside in the mornings again, but wasn't willing to face the thunder, lightning and rain today. Yesterday was 5 miles on the elliptical.

Last long run this weekend and then a two week taper before London. Hard to believe it's almost here. :)

Have a great weekend, everyone. :)
