My 1st day back in Canada. 5km run along the Bow River in shorts. You simply cannot beat that
If you have to ask me why I Run, You probably wouldn't understand!

10 minutes into my 30 minute run I did something to my right calf.

Massage book in an hour and a bit. Hopefully nothing serious. Grrrr

Checking in to say Hi and report that I'm still running. Not many more outings before London, which seems so hard to believe. Last long run was Sunday, 34 km of run-walk, which felt pretty good. As in, not any more tiring than any other 34 km training run, ha ha. The weekend weather was beautiful and I'm hoping for the same this weekend.

Big GOOD LUCK wishes going out to everyone who is headed for Boston on Monday!!! I'm sure there will be a tracking thread, and the Lisa and Ken race should be fun to follow. :)

Easy 5K for me after spending the last few days fighting and recovering from a bug.

6.5 miles with runpub. Part B-P, part Cove Runner, gorgeous night.
Also, with this run April's mileage has already surpassed March's total... and today is only the 16th. Gearing up for summer training!

Here we are on Quarry Rock:
