8:30 meeting downtown and then I am going snowshoeing with a friend who has never gone before! Super excited. :)

About to head out for 8K this morning.

Boston Marathon- April 17th what a day- DREAM COME TRUE :dance:
Run for Water 10K- May 28th
Scotia Half - June 25th
Trail River Run half marathon- Sept. 30- CANCELLED
MEC 10K Race 10- Nov. 5

2600m swim done this morning. Plan is to hit the TM later this afternoon for some intervals.
