Frosty Friday

I was covered in frost today when I was done and I was a bit nervous I had a touch of frostbite on my cheek. Seems to be fine now.

Went out on my country backroad today. Ran 5k.

4K walk on the TM followed by my strength & stretch routine. Looking at -20 tomorrow morning....
