Congratulations to all the racers this weekend.

I'll be heading out after church/lunch for a run.

Took my son down to run the Kid's Marathon this morning at ORW, and then I did 11K in the greenbelt when I got home. It was a warm day out there!

Decent day for a trot in Toronto. After a week and a half of food and wine touring in Italy, I sure needed one—but am not in exactly top form!

I did a 6km run in Fort MacLeod before heading back to Medicine Hat. Another hot day on the prairies.
