Cloudless Monday

Not a cloud in sight today. 12k done under warm sun, nice breeze and quiet park.

Seems we always have the opposite weather from Habs. Very cloudy, rainy and windy here. Got my 30 min. run in before the rain started.

Hot again today! I met some friends at 7:30am to do BCMC. We went to the top and they took the tram down while I continued on: down mountain highway to St Georges trail and then down that back to town, then to home. It was 17km by Garmin, though Strava always shorts me in the conversion and says 15km. I'm feeling very sun-kissed and sleepy now!

6km in the sunshine. I noticed when I stopped running the mosquitoes were out in force.
