I much prefer being a Goddess..

Well, I already was one.. Now everybody knows though

Juno, known as Hera in Greek mythology, is subtly tied into the legend of Lillith, Adam's first wife before Eve. She was independent and quickly disappeared from Adam's life because she refused to be subservient.

She was also the very vindictive wife of Zeus--who, you will remember, was forever cheating on her.

Okay, you have a point. I don't like that either. There is only one, and it is not me. Just look at the year I have had. It is very obvious.

Maybe the statement here is that I am a myth! That could be interesting. Although, I do feel like a big fake right now.

Apparently, she's going to be in Halifax for the premiere of Juno, since she's from here. :)

I don't really get how they link Juno to Lillith... since one is Jewish mythology and one is Roman, and Rome didn't take a lot of stuff from Judaism... also they are really not at all the same person (ie, it's not like Greek-Roman mythology where they are often the same deity with a different name...).

I liked her work in the early seasons of the Trailer Park Boys!
