ice baths

Postby Elizabeth » Tue Apr 29, 2014 9:27 am

I am doing an informal survey to see if people who use ice baths for training recovery would be interested in two products I invented. I have developed a wetsuit jock and toe warmers out of polar fleece and neoprene with comfortable strapping to keep things snug. The wetsuit jock is as it sounds and only covers the sensitive groin region without hindering the benefit to the muscles of the region and the toe warmers only cover the toe box so the muscles of the foot get the therapy as well. Do you triathletes or other intense trainees out there think you would use something like this? I am just trying to get some feedback.

Aren't they now saying that ice baths are bad for diminishing the training effect?
