Hey Edward. Congrats on JFK and tough luck on the foot. I hope nothing is broken. You've got 10 days to decide, but if you can't run Creemore, could you please let Jodi (RD) know:

Unbelieveable about Ellie Greenwood at JFK - and with stomach problems! If I tried to run a 6:11 50M, I'd have death problems...
Ken B: No problem about using this thread for JFK, since you posted a RR (I'm going to live vicariously through your RR now)!

Hey Pierre,I'll be up Friday night with the tent, planning for a really cold night. Looks like good weather in the longterm forecast,-4 with a chance of snow and a flat course perfect for a winter 100 in creemore.

Its almost time for the "Creemore Shuffle". The weather looks pretty favorable.
Latest note from the RD....

Latest note from the RD....
Hello All!!!
2 more sleeps until the Creemore Challenge! I trust you are all well tapered and are getting lots of rest.
The weather is looking fairly ideal for the weekend. We are looking at a high of 7 and a low of -3 with sunny breaks on Saturday. Sunday will be a high of 11 and a low of 7 with a bit of light rain.
Make sure to follow any changes in the weather and pack clothing that is appropriate. We will ensure that your drop bags are kept dry at the aid stations.
A few reminders:
1) The race will start at 8:00 AM sharp so please leave yourself a little bit of time to get your drop bags organized, hand off food items to myself or other volunteers and get your name checked off on our list as you give the suggested $30 donation at the registration table.
2) Water, coke and gingerale will be served at the aid stations. If you will require anything further such as electrolyte drinks, please be sure to bring that with you. There will be very limited gatorade at the stations.
3) There has been a bit of confusion. Although this is deemed a "fatass", there will be fully stocked aid stations (thanks to the volunteers and runners...you guys rock!!) and there will also be some good eats post race if you are able to stick around for a bit.
4) If there is ANYTHING that I have missed or you have any further questions for me, please feel free to email me. I will have my phone with me throughout the entire weekend and will check emails Friday night and Saturday morning.
Looking forward to seeing everyone bright and early on Saturday December 1st!
Happy Tapering!
Jodi Langley

Yes, good luck to all those incredibly sane people running 100 miles in Creemore in December...
Okay, we've flogged (blogged?) this one to death.
As a further note to AS supplies, I have some HEED, which will supplement the sports drink supply. Perhaps as a late evening cocktail? Also, there will be 2 clothes hampers in the S/F changeroom. The theory is you put wet clothes in one hamper, and they are in the "dry" hamper on your next loop (or 2). Still, it is best to bring changes of clothes, in case the laundromat goes to sleep...
