Hi everyone!:D
For those who don't know, I'm in a 10 week learn to run program and my graduation commences with my first 5k ever (June 6th - it's looming closer and closer...)
The race is in the afternoon - around 4 or 5 pm, I think . Do you think it would be okay to do a basic Hatha yoga class at 9:45am? I have being doing yoga for a heck of a lot longer than I've been running, so I know how to take it easy in class - I just know that doing a class will help my nerves.
What do all you experts think??

If only I could love running as much as I love yoga....
(Is still considered "running" if you can walk faster than you can run?)

Yes.
Enjoy your first 5K race. I really enjoyed mine last September. What is your first race?

Running is cheaper than therapy and I need a lot of therapy.

No, I'm more likely to do yoga, than go for a run half an hour later
Thanks everyone for your input

Funny you would ask that. I was wondering if it would be a good idea to do yoga and then run.
If you're used to doing yoga, then run, then I say GO FOR IT! Have fun!
