Ran Melissa's 10km, it wag cool and windy and actually a great temp for the run. First time ever that i hated the hills but the run was great. .

8km in St. Albert. But after 4.4 km...i had a huge hamstring injury and had to walk the rest. Feels like a big lump in the back of my leg. It hurt to stretch afterwards. So now... Styrofoam rolling and ice. But the first part of the run was god.

10k this morning. Took me longer to get out the door than it took to run. Tough run, but i treated myself to a Hoegaarden after breakfast. .

Ran to work after supper tonight. Was happy to run....and strange....didn't mind going back after a long day. Nice run... Good trail and mirror lake

Did the Run for your Lung run in Edmonton. All proceeds were for cystic fibrosis. Great event..and perfect weather. The run was at Original Joes on Rabbit Hill Road. Good social afterwards.

Ran 3km to a playground at Mirror Lake and then had more fun with my 6 year old grand daughter.

Ran at eau claire today while coming back from Banff on my way to Camrose. it is one of y favourite routes.

Drove to Edmonton this morning. I ran 9km in the river valley. My daughter did 18km. Beautiful trail and the autumn leaves are gorgeous. My knee is still a bit bad, but no MRI till December. At least I have worked up to 5 and 1's.

Hill training today. The hardest part about running is going through the front door. It took me longer to leave the house than it took to run 5 hills.

Hill training starts today. Should be a good change. Also Lent starts today. I am giving up stress.

Good family day here today. No work, but I did have to work the weekend. Had a great 10k run today. I can't wait until a 10km seems like a short distance for me. Looking forward to Vancouver BMO. HM

Booked my flight. Seat sale was still on this past weekend. The sale is great.. the taxes are HIGH! Looking forward to 5 days in Vancouver.

7.5 K today outside. Nice trails here in Camrose. First time I have run outside in weeks. This was a tough run. I have been spoiled by the TM. The TM is so easy. Completed week 2 of the half marathon trainging program. It is going very well. I should register for BMO VCR HM this weekend. Looking forward to the new route.

Ugly run this morning. 4km. Just a cranky brain. Went fur physio today and had my second IMS treatment. Knee is much better. But the procedure is pretty tough.

Week #2 of the Vancouver BMO HM training. Did 4 miles on the treadmill. Good run... Gotta start running outside soon... but the treadmill is pretty good while NFL is on!

The toughest part about running..is getting out the door. It took 40 minutes to get out the door to do a 34 minute run. But it was good.... cold in camrose... I should have brought my mitts...but the fall running is beautiful!
