The FB NYC marathon page and official website just posted a cancellation notice. I just hope something good comes out of this who fiasco....perhaps lots of out of town volunteers over the wknd to help clean up. Did the 15K tonight. It was the first real race I've done in eons. I've been a spectator for this race several times, and it always seemed like a fun race. I'm not a fast runner, but was aiming for 1:45. Ended up with 1:46 and some change. I sprinted like the dickens at the end...Bolt would be proud...
