Pretty much the same as Hammie!

I ended up with 11K though as I had a long cool down.

I also followed the "virtual Thursday" plan with the 12 mins intervals coming in at 4:43, 4:43, and 4:40 per km.
Ended up with a little over 10K with warm up and cool down.

Treacherous Thursday here - lots of snow and it's still coming down and I'm sure there were lots of accidents today. As predicted, this morning's workout was shoveling snow and unless DH gets home way before me, this evening's workout will be the same. We are supposed to get temperatures above zero for the next few days so at least some of this snow will disappear.

Last night was my fourth and final shock wave therapy appointment, and despite the pain after my run on Sunday, I have the okay to run again. But not much at any one time - no more that 5 km max - and not without really warming up first, then stretching and icing immediately afterwards. There has definitely been a lot of improvement and I am just hopeful that if I'm careful (and diligent about the stretching) that it will continue to get better. So, although I'm a little nervous, I may try running a bit tomorrow morning. If not then, at some point over the weekend. Fingers crossed!

Thank you! I am trying to keep this in perspective - not running is not the end of the world - and offer it up. But it's not easy!

Good luck, JB, with your return to running. Boy, I've been down that road more than once!

Speaking of which, I did my no-impact, spare-one-foot, Avis' home workout today--core, push-ups, leg lifts, exercise ball and some stretching. Felt good and I worked up a nice sweat.

Did my treadmill workout yesterday so today was a swim. I had my fastest 200m sets ever! 4:48, 4:45, 4:45. I've never even done one that fast, never mind 3. :). 2000m total.

11k in mixed conditions, some ice, some snow, some dry path, some puddles- made it around without wiping out but the dog was a mess and had to be tubbed.
