I just got a last minute deal on a hotel room, less than 700 meters from the pick up area ~ finish line Sunday. Sweeeeet!

Hmmm, I admit, I am having a couple of random taper terrors though.

Oh, and thanks Stephan for the mantra.

Um, it's Charlottetown, Brendan. EVERYTHING is 700m from the finish line! :P

(I actually won a night in the hotel last year. :) )

Have a great race!!! Hopefully, you won't have "winds that could cause damage" in the forecast like when I was there.

Won a night in a hotel room, eh? Playing the "Hey baby, guess what's in my pocket" game again?

Goal #1 I'm looking to massively crush my time from my last ever summer marathon.

Goal #2 I'm looking to beat 4:04:33. My average time from my first 3 marathons from last year.

Goal #3 Sub 3:55:04... Yeah I want to PB.

Yeah you are way on the outskirts of town! Farmer Clem's Barn isn't a hotel Brendan - it's a barn!

It's funny how the women can take a very legitmate thread and turn it into something sexual in nature! :hand: :naughty:
