Got just over 9K done with a few friends from Team in Training. What a beautiful morning and surprising how busy the seawall was at 8:30am. And, I ran into the Bonsor Group at the end of there run while I was enjoying my coffee and ended up going for a coffee with them too. Life is good! 8)
