Choose-day

Well, Choose-day was actually yesterday in the municipal elections.
20 minutes this morning on the rowing machine plus some core exercises. That may be it for the day.....

Hip replacement on September 10....now doing a variation of the None to Run plan

11K nice and easy and steady. A wee bit drizzly, but warm!

I'm going for a short run in the rain. Hopefully the rain will be light as I'm trying to avoid a cold.

Nada for me too, I have a bum foot. This week is my 5 year runniversary week, and I can't even run. :(
