Super Sunny Sunday . . .
Super Sunny Sunday . . .
8K for me this morning and what a beautiful day!
Re: Super Sunny Sunday . . .
Dreary weather here but not enough of the badly-needed moisture so far. 18K in the books.

I was planning on running this morning but there's something funky going on with my right knee so I'm going to rest it.

Gorgeous day for a run. Went out with my posse for the first time in a few weeks. They were going further than I wanted too, but I kept it very easy and handled 16k

Could have been a bit warmer, but it was acceptable for running. 12.7 km along the lake, cool enough to keep the crowds down.

Re: Super Sunny Sunday . . .
Day 7 of not running, in fact Day 7 of hardly getting any exercise at all! We did go for a walk on the Leslie St. spit with my mom yesterday, and a bit of a walk today, but nothing strenuous. But, Mom's flight left about 30 minutes ago, and this week should see things get closer to the usual routine. It was a beautiful day this morning, and we saw a lot of runners, and I wanted to be one of them! Soon...
