10pm now.

I just mapped out a 15 mile route for tomorrow morning (you know, on saturday... ;)

Wish me luck!

(mental note... bring money for a booster juice...)

You can do it Holly!!!! Be strong!

I will be doing a fast 5K tomorrow at the gym followed with upper body strength training. I am also preparing a CD for sunday's LSD. Picking out some good "heavy metal" songs to keep me pumped. lol

Was supposed to be a moderate 8k, but as mentioned earlier, I ran a 10k yesterday, so I have to sit and do nothing. :?

Old man is coming into town today for some supper, that should be cool, I haven't seen him in a year and a bit, since he was shipped off to Syria.

Just got in from a walk with C-Moss. Uh oh...she had a rather spectacular fall...my fault...I had her doing recall exercises in a farmer's field and she did a face plant after tripping over one of the furrows

Today will be crazy busy...meeting up with ladechat and Andy...that will be loads of fun. It seems I have a ton of stuff to do to get my water station organized for tomorrow.

Will have to go to bed really early tonight cuz I need to be downtown by 5:45 a.m. tomorrow to mark bodies...yippee...I love marking bodies

Dave and I ran 25K this morning with "tallguy" and one of our favourite running friends, MJ. We went up through the Don Valley Ravine up to Edwards Gardens (if you know TO) and it was soooo gorgeous! We were pretty slow but we had so much fun I didn't care in the least. It was a great run.
Now after a yummy post run feast (egg white omelete and toast w/ organic P.B. that Dave hates, so I get it all :) ) I am going to get a good book and go sit by the water. Aaaaah!!!!
Have a good one!

yikes. I don't know if that's scary or kinky. lol

back to topic...
I just got back from my first 15 miler, and it went pretty well, considering it's my longest distance yet! woohoo! I felt pretty good right up until the last mile or two, and then started to peter out but it was ok because I was almost finished. My car was in the shop, which just happens to be 3 blocks from ClubFit, so I ended my run at the gym so I could cool down, stretch, get water, and get a booster juice. I wonder if the staff there ever think it's weird that I come into the gym all hot and sweaty and tired, lol.
