Good day for Canadian running

Postby MichaelMc » Sun Jan 17, 2010 4:47 pm

Simon Bairu wins the Half in Arizona over Ryan Hall in 1:02:47

Eric Gillis debuts in Houston marathon with a 2:13. Only good for 8th place, but it was the first marathon in the US where the top six runners all ran sub 2:10.

Not too shabby!

And two Canadians - Gary Robbins and Tracy Garneau won the HURT 100, both breaking previous CRs.
