CONGRATS! deerdree and I saw your finish, and it was magnificent. Thanks for the inspiring report-especially the part about taking off an hour of one's marathon time being possible. That is exactly what I would need to do to BQ!

You are awesome!!
Lightning :)

We're going to try this new thing called jogging. Or maybe it's yogging-with a silent "j". Apparently you just run for an extended period of time. It's supposed to be wild.

Oh my goodness- a PB, a negative split, podium finish and a BQ!!!
Truly outstanding.
So happy for you.
It just goes to show what hard work, a lot of heart, and a great support crew can accomplish.
Congrats.

well done Robbie. I don't think anyone who has followed your training or racing is surprised by the great result but we are all very impressed. Well done.

Wow. I have to say, my eyes welled with tears when I saw you flying down the finish line, then explained to my mom what it meant. Your hardwork and determination has been an inspiration.

This is a great race report even 2.5 years later. Great job.
I am fortunate to have Running Free as a sponsor. I like to keep silly stats and maps of my Daily Neighbourhood Tours, Races and Marathons run in a Silly Yellow Shirt.
